I wanted to thank Atlas for arranging a car in Nashville, TN. I was travelling with a supplier on October 7, 2008 and they had arranged for a car at the airport. When we arrived at the airport the car agency did not have any cars due to the Presidential debates. The supplier I was with tried all of the agencies and could not get a car. I called Atlas and within a few minutes we had a car and it was ready when we went to the counter to pick up the car. Thank you for the quick service and getting us out of a bind.

I hadn't used Atlas before (always used Garber or AmEx), but they're terrific!  I had a nightmare of a time coming home from San Francisco a week or two back, and they were a huge help.  My connection was in question, and the rep I worked with wasn't going to be at work when I connected, so she passed info along to her colleague so we could check in.  She also checked with her colleague in the morning, saw that I had made it home OK and emailed to say she was glad it all worked out; she also filed a customer service complaint against United on my behalf for the lovely service they had bestowed upon me.  Fabulous service from Atlas!

I wanted to pass along my thanks and positive feedback on my most recent travel bookings for September in Thailand, China, and Taiwan.  Frank did my trip...  and was able to reduce my fare from over $11,000 to under $9,000 when all was said and done... which I was so excited about...especially since my ticket is now about $2000 less to go to THREE countries, than a lot of buyers are paying to go to just China. And, given all the airline cut backs and changes, he did a great job finding me alternatives that basically fit my needs and were economical.  

I also wanted to let you know that Kevin did a great job rushing my China visa, which is so challenging to get these days, since the Olympics.  I was travelling a lot to Canada and Taiwan this summer and didn't have a lot of time for my passport to be sitting at the China embassy, so he was a great help in giving me detailed instructions on the new procedures, so that my visa app would fly thru, and get back in my hands quickly.

Ms Lori Harrison had booked a complex series of flights for myself, colleagues here and our Chief Executive Officer.  In the space of 3 days we were booked to Iowa, Chicago, New York and back to Washington. This was an ambitious programme for our CEO to follow and required both a tremendous amount of patience on the part of Ms Harrison and a lot of back and forth on options.

Due to bad weather several flights were cancelled.  I think we were extraordinarily fortunate to have been afforded outstanding service by Ms Harrison - I can't think of a time in my professional career when a travel agent has contacted me at 5.30 in the morning to advise that our 7.45am vital flight had been cancelled and we were all booked on the 8am flight. It was imperative - actually absolutely essential that we got out of Chicago to New York that morning since our CEO had meetings set up at the United Nations and we were entertaining 30 people that evening for dinner.

Ms Harrison offers a platinum level of service that is unheard of in this day and age - my colleagues and I are enormously grateful and we thought you should be aware of this.
